The Salvation Army Aged Care is seeking an experienced Scheduling Manager to lead a seven-person team and oversee workforce rostering across residential aged care services. You will ensure rosters meet care-minute requirements, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights to centre leadership.

You will use UKG, Emprevo and Workday to support effective scheduling and reporting, collaborate with Centre Managers, and drive improvements in rostering practices.
