Join a growing, clinician-led practice in the beautiful Bega Valley. You'll be working in an established small multidisciplinary team including OT, Physio, EP, Early Intervention and social worker/play therapists. We're looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist to work primarily with children (0–18 years), with the flexibility to expand into adult services based on your interests. New graduates are welcome — you'll receive structured supervision, mentoring, and a transparent pathway to independence.

About you
Degree in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration (or eligibility by start date)
Working with Children's Check
Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
Flexible caseload design (paediatric focus + optional adult work)
Strong support and supervision for current grads
