Ironbark Financial Group is seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager to join the second-line GRC team. You’ll support AFSL compliance, risk assessments, control design and reporting across Ironbark Advice and Private Wealth, reporting to Head of Risk & Compliance.

This hands-on role involves documentation, registers, action tracking and governance support, with versatile working arrangements and a national footprint across Australia.
