Maxlife Care Pty, a doctor-led NDIS provider delivering clinical, person-centred care, is seeking a Team Leader for our SIL house in Seven Hills, Sydney. You will oversee Disability Support Workers, ensure adherence to care plans, and collaborate with families, coordinators and health specialists.

The role requires leading a team, coordinating rosters well in advance, and maintaining compliance with NDIS standards while delivering hands-on client support where needed.
