Viva Leisure is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end fortnightly payroll for a national, multi-brand, predominantly casual workforce. You will apply Up-to-date Awards, NES, superannuation, tax and payroll legislation across instruments, and oversee processing, STP, audits and reporting.

You will coach a small payroll team, ensure accurate payments, and deliver a positive experience for employees and managers while exploring automation and AI-assisted improvements.
