Due to continued growth, Northwest Mining Company (NWM) is looking for Multi-Skilled Operators to join our team.

With multiple site locationsand flexible roster options including a lifestyle roster or a Monday–Friday roster, this role suits operators looking for both stability and balance.
You’ll operate a range of equipment, including:
Excavators (5t–30t)
Graders (Cat 14M–16M)
Water Carts & Posi-Track Bobcats
Service / Fuel Cart
Your day-to-day will include:
Road maintenance & washery clean-up
General labouring & site support
Road and carpark maintenance
Sump and drain clean
Work available across various mine sites in the Hunter region
What We’re Looking For:
Experience operating Excavators, Moxys,
Graders & other mobile plant
Relevant Mine or Civil Site RPLsA current unrestricted HR Licence is highly desirable
Ability to pass an Order 45 Medical
A robust work ethic & commitment to equipment care
Live within 80km radius of Muswellbrook (not a FIFO chance)
