The Moreton Club is seeking a talented and qualified Sous Chef to help lead its kitchen operations.

About the Role:

You will assist in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu design, food quality, team support, and daily service. The role focuses on delivering elegant, seasonal cuisine for a discerning membership base.

Key Responsibilities
Design and execute seasonal, high-quality menus
Assist Manage kitchen operations and ensure smooth service
Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Control costs, ordering, and supplier relationships

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie ready to step up




Strong leadership and organisational skills
Creativity with a focus on modern, refined cuisine
High standards of presentation and consistency
Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations
