Hill’s Pet Nutrition is seeking a Digital and CRM Specialist for ANZ to drive 1st party acquisition and engagement. You will implement CRM strategies across AU and NZ, optimise the digital shelf, and push personalisation and CRO initiatives to boost conversions.

You will leverage Adobe Target and SFMC to analyse data, report insights, and stay ahead of digital trends. This role is Sydney-based within a global pet nutrition leader.
