Bundaberg Christian College is seeking a detail-oriented Youth Worker to support the Pastoral Care Program and provide spiritual, social and emotional guidance to students within a Christian learning workplace.

The fixed-term role is funded by the Queensland Government and runs for Term 4, up to 25 hours per week, with commence in October 2026. Applicants must demonstrate an active Biblical faith aligning with the College’s Statement of Faith and a lifestyle reflecting its beliefs.
