We are seeking an experienced Purchasing and Production Support Coordinator to join a busy manufacturing business based in Yatala.

This is a varied, hands‑on position supporting purchasing, inventory management and production scheduling. The successful candidate must have previous experience working within a manufacturing environment and be confident using ERP systems and Excel.

Key responsibilities
Raise and manage purchase orders
Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability and delivery schedules
Monitor stock levels and coordinate material requirements
Support production planning and scheduling
Review reports and identify purchasing or inventory issues
Maintain accurate purchasing, stock and production data
Use Excel to analyse information and prepare reports
Update the ERP system and ensure records remain accurate
Follow up outstanding orders and resolve supply issues
Work closely with production, warehouse and management teams
Help ensure materials are available to meet operational deadlines

About you

To be successful, you will have:
Previous purchasing experience within a manufacturing environment




A robust understanding of production processes and material requirements
Experience using ERP or inventory‑management systems
Valuable Excel skills and confidence working with reports and data
Strong attention to detail and accurate data‑entry skills
Excellent organisation and time‑management abilities
Confidence communicating with suppliers and internal departments
The ability to work independently and manage changing priorities
Experience with production scheduling would be highly regarded
Experience using BOND or similar software would be advantageous
