Cater Care is seeking an experienced Workplace Relations Advisor to join our team across Australian operations. This permanent part time role (approx. 28 hours per week) offers hybrid work and flexible schedule, with potential to grow into a full time position.
You'll partner with leaders to navigate performance matters, investigations, grievances and industrial instruments, and you'll review ER/IR policies to strengthen our people practices. This is a role that balances expertise with flexibility.
