Plymaster is seeking a Wood Machinist - Level 4 to join our Wetherill Park team!

(Please note that Australian working rights and wood machinist experience are essential .)

About the role

As a Wood Machinist , you'll contribute your expertise to the creation of high-quality custom woodwork as part of our dynamic carpentry and cabinet making crew.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:
liaising with customers in-person and by phone to meet their needs
operating/maintaining woodworking machinery to fabricate custom joinery
reading and interpreting technical drawings for precise workmanship
collaborating with the design team to offer practical solutions




completing basic computer and EFTPOS operations as required
adhering to all relevant safety protocols and quality control processes
completing some offsite work as required.

What you'll bring to the role

Full Australian working rights essential

Background in a carpentry/cabinet making setting highly regarded

Proficiency in woodworking machinery and hand tools

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
