Cà Phê Mai is a contemporary Vietnamese cafe and wine bar opening in Double Bay. We are seeking experienced floor staff to join the opening team, with shifts across breakfast, lunch and dinner Tue–Sat.

You’ll run sections during busy services, take orders, make recommendations, pour wine in the evening and keep the room reset and presentable. Weekend availability is essential, and wine knowledge is a real advantage, though we will train you.
