Rock Sugar is a Thai fusion venue in Melbourne seeking experienced wait staff to join our team for casual shifts. You will manage a section, deliver attentive service, take orders, and coordinate private events in our space (up to 30 pax).

Ideal candidates are organised, calm under pressure and excellent communicators with the kitchen and bar. Shifts are 2–3 evenings weekly; Saturday availability is essential, with no late nights past 11pm.
