About the role

This is a full-time opportunity to join the team at Muffin Break Warrnambool as a Cafe worker, FOH, Barista. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating delightful coffee and food experiences for our customers. The role is based in our Warrnambool, VIC 3280 location.

What you'll be doing
Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages
Assisting with food preparation and serving customers efficiently
Handling cash and credit card transactions
Maintaining a clean and well‑organised work setting
Providing friendly and responsive customer service
Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience

What we're looking for
Proven experience in a similar customer service or barista role




Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and an ability to create consistently high‑quality beverages
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, friendly, and customer‑focused attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a quick‑paced setting
Proficient in using point‑of‑sale systems and cash handling
