Maxima's Recruitment Services are on the hunt for experienced Customer Contact Officers for their client, a well-known local Council. There are several positions due to commence mid-November with 12-month assignments for the right candidates. Work Monday - Friday, versatile schedule with a casual hourly pay of $38.05 + super.

About the Role

Customer Contact Officers are often the first point of contact for our community and play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service across a wide range of Council services. The role involves assisting customers via telephone, face-to-face interactions, email and online channels, while providing accurate information, processing requests and delivering positive customer experiences.

Shifts are generally between 4 and 8 hours, Monday to Friday, with rostered hours based on operational requirements. Customer Contact Officers may work up to 38 hours per week during peak periods.

Due to the seasonal nature of work you will be flexible to work increased hours during peak periods - January to March and July to October.
