Hireup is seeking experienced and resilient Support Workers in the Bligh Park area to provide dedicated care for a client with complex behavioural needs. The role requires navigating challenging behaviours, using non-restrictive strategies, and building rapport with the client.

Must have experience with behavioural support and relevant documents (NDIS checks, First Aid, WWC). Hours include Monday, Thursday, and likely Friday 3:30 pm–7:30 pm, with flexibility for the right candidate.
