Key Responsibilities
As a Personal Care Worker, you will:
Provide person-centred care that supports residents' wellbeing and independence
Follow individualised care plans with compassion and attention to detail
Maintain residents' dignity, privacy, and comfort at all times
Participate in ongoing training and development
Identify and promptly report any hazards, incidents, or changes in resident condition
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate III in Aged Care
Current First Aid Certificate
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
