What You'll Be Doing
Preparing and cooking ramen, toppings and side dishes
Following established recipes and kitchen procedures
Maintaining consistency in food quality and presentation
Preparing ingredients and assisting with stock organisation
Keeping your section clean, organised and ready for service
Following food safety and hygiene standards
Supporting the team during busy lunch and dinner periods

What We're Looking For




Previous kitchen experience is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or rapid-paced hospitality environment, but attitude and willingness to learn are equally important to us.
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working in a busy kitchen
Able to follow recipes and procedures consistently
A positive team player
Willing to learn and take on responsibility
Available across a mix of weekdays, evenings and weekends
Experience in Japanese cuisine is helpful but not essential.
