Production Worker – Somersby NSW Lifestyle roster | 12-hour shifts | Day and night rotation

We’re recruiting Production Workers to join a well-established manufacturing facility in Somersby. This is a long-term, hands‑on role within a rapid‑paced production workplace.

What’s on offer?
Day shift: $39.68 per hour
Night shift: $42.99 per hour
Lifestyle roster averaging approximately 4 x 12-hour shifts per week
Long-term opportunities with potential for permanent employment

About the role

Duties may include:
Operating production machinery
Preparing and filling concrete moulds
Monitoring production and completing quality checks
General manufacturing and manual handling
Forklift operation where licensed
Maintaining a clean and safe work area

About you





You will ideally have:
Manufacturing, production or machine operating experience
The ability to perform physically demanding work
Solid reliability and commitment to safety
Flexibility to rotate between day and night shifts
A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
