This is a hands-on, physically demanding role, but the employer is down to earth, supportive, and eager to give everyone a fair go. Situated right next to the train station, no car or license is needed just reliability and a willingness to put in a solid days work.
The priority is showing up and being ready to get stuck in. Casual positions are available with consistent full time hours Monday through Friday. Those who demonstrate leadership, initiative, and responsibility will have the chance to upskill and take on more advanced roles.
