THE POSITION
Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages using commercial coffee equipment
Deliver exceptional customer service in a busy café workplace
Operate POS systems and process cash and card transactions accurately
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation
Build positive relationships with students, staff, and customers
Contribute to a welcoming, protected, and customer-focused café workplace

THE PERSON
Previous Barista experience in a café, hospitality, or similar environment




Passion for coffee and delivering outstanding customer experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Current Blue Card, or the ability to obtain one
Remains calm, organised, and efficient during busy service periods
Positive, approachable, and professional attitude
