We are a Specialist Dental Clinic with locations in the Northern Suburbs. We strive to deliver exceptional service for our patients. We are a busy clinic & have a hardworking team but also understand that laughter, co-operation & positive team morale is equally as important. Our clinic operates Mondays to Fridays from 8:30 - 5:30 PM.
The Role
• Assisting to run the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
• Meeting & greeting patients into our clinic
• Booking appointments
• Fielding patient queries
• Responding to emails
• Filing & general administrative duties
• Invoicing & receipting of consultations & procedures
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in reception in the health / dental field
• Medical reception experience in any healthcare setting is preferred but not essential
• You will be required to work Full time.

You are Ideally :
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Fast Learner
• Have a can-do attitude & the ability to think on your feet
• Ability to work both autonomously as well as in a team
• Exceptional communication
• Previous dental experience (either nursing or reception) or medical reception experience will be and advantage.
• Have a sense of humour, outgoing personality.
