About the role

KPI Construction Services is building a crew in Townsville for civil works projects. Multiple roles are available across labour, plant operation, traffic management, and specialist positions, starting as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities
Civil Labourers – general labour on civil construction projects
Skilled Labourers – skilled labour support on civil works
Site Cleaners – site cleaning and maintenance
Dogman / Riggers – rigging and dogman duties
Roller Operators – operating rollers on civil projects
Moxy Operators – operating Moxy equipment
Dozer Operators – operating dozers
Excavator Operators – operating excavators
Grader Operators – operating graders
Water Cart Drivers – water cart operation
Telehandler / Manitou Operators – operating telehandlers and Manitou equipment
Traffic Controllers (Level 1) / TMI – traffic management and control

About you
QLD General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
Licences, tickets or accreditations for your specific role
Dogman / Rigger: HRW licence (DG, RB/RI)




Plant operators: plant ticket or statement of attainment; current VOC an advantage
Water Cart: MR or HR licence; standpipe experience an advantage
Telehandler: HRW licence (LF) or relevant VOC
Traffic Controllers / TMI: current QLD TMR accreditation
Current driver licence and reliable transport
Willingness to do drug and alcohol testing
Australian work rights
Positive work ethic and commitment to safe work practices
