We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee our daily manufacturing operations, coordinate workflows, and lead our production team. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership skills, a safety-first mindset, and the technical aptitude required to keep our production line running efficiently.

You must be computer literate to manage digital scheduling, reporting, and data entry. Prior experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment is required. Background knowledge in sheet metal fabrication is highly regarded but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and delegate daily tasks to the production team to meet daily output targets.
Workflow Management: Organize and monitor workflow on the production floor to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce all safety protocols, ensure team compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations, and conduct regular safety checks.
Data & Reporting: Use computer systems to log daily production data, track performance metrics, manage inventory,



and generate reports.
Quality Control: Monitor product quality to ensure all manufactured items meet strict company standards and client specifications.
Material Handling: Operate a forklift safely when necessary to move raw materials, components, or finished goods around the facility.
Training & Development: Oversee the training of new hires and ensure all team members are cross-trained on relevant machinery and tools.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Leader, or a similar supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Computer Literacy: Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) and inventory or manufacturing software.
Licensing: Must hold a valid, current Forklift License (LF).
Skills: Robust communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
