Key responsibilities
Filleting, skinning, trimming and portioning a variety of fish
Preparing seafood to customer specifications
Maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
Keeping your work area clean and organised
Working efficiently as part of the production team

About you
Confident knife skills and positive product knowledge
Reliable, punctual and efficient
Robust attention to quality and detail
Able to work in a fast-paced wholesale environment
Positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team
Excellent work hours with Monday to Friday schedule
No midnight starts
