Job Description

Superior Indian Food Pty Ltd in Laverton, VIC is seeking a Cook (Indian Cuisine) to lead day-to-day preparation, cooking and presentation of authentic dishes. You will work with standard recipes, ensure safety, portion control and customer satisfaction.

The role also involves menu planning, kitchen efficiency, cost control and mentoring junior staff, with prospects to contribute to menu development and training.
