About the role
Pier 88 is a busy waterside venue in Manly, serving excellent food, wine and cocktails in a relaxed, vibrant setting. We're looking for a confident, hands-on Venue Manager to take the lead across the day-to-day operation of Pier 88.
Key responsibilities
Leading and supporting the FOH team
Managing service and maintaining high standards
Rostering, training and team development
Customer experience and handling guest feedback
Stock control, ordering and cost management
Functions, events and day-to-day venue operations
About you
Has proven experience managing a busy hospitality venue
Is confident leading a team and running service
Has strong communication and organisational skills
Understands hospitality costs, stock and labour
Is hands-on, positive and leads by example
