Brisbane Biodentistry is a family-owned dental practice that has proudly served our local community for over 30 years.

We are currently looking for a Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our team on a part time or full time basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an opportunity for someone who is genuinely interested in dentistry and wants to develop their skills and grow with our team.

The role will involve a combination of:
Dental assisting and chairside support
Sterilisation and infection control
Preparing treatment rooms
Welcoming and assisting patients
Answering phones and managing appointments
Reception and general administrative duties
Health fund claiming and payment processing

Previous dental assisting experience is preferred but not essential, as we are happy to train the right person.

We are looking for someone who:




Is friendly, professional and well presented
Has excellent communication and patient-care skills
Is reliable, proactive and organised
Has a calm and positive approach
Works well as part of a close-knit team
Has initiative and is willing to learn
Takes pride in their work and wants a long-term career in dentistry
Has some flexibility with availability across our working days

Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, infection control and dental software is advantageous.

No weekend work is required.
