Just Better Care is a leading provider of in-home aged care and disability support services across Australia. We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our dedicated QLD team, servicing the Sunshine Coast region.

Your Role May Involve:

Providing personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance
n
Assisting with domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
n
Offering social support and transport for appointments, shopping, and community outings
n
Helping customers safely use mobility aids and equipment (e.g., hoists, walkers, wheelchairs)
n
Supporting clients with complex or challenging care needs
n
Monitoring customer well-being and reporting any changes or concerns
n
Attending staff meetings and participating in required training sessions
n

What You'll Need:

Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support, or Home & Community Care (preferred)
n
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (if applicable)
n
Current First Aid and CPR certification
n
Valid Federal Police Check, Yellow Card, and Blue Card
n
A current Australian Driver's Licence
n
A reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance preferred)
n
Smartphone with internet access
