We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Barista to create exceptional coffee and a warm, welcoming experience for our customers. Set within our premium lifestyle and homewares environment, this role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, thrives in a rapid-paced setting, and takes pride in delivering high standards of service.

About the Role

n

This position combines café operations with broader retail support duties including opening and closing procedures, customer engagement, merchandising support, and maintaining operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency and care
n
Deliver exceptional customer service in a premium retail setting
n
Open and close the coffee cart independently
n
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and presentation standards
n
Support stock control, ordering, and replenishment
n




Assist with merchandising and presentation of surrounding retail areas
n
Build genuine relationships with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere
n
Work collaboratively with the wider Glenhaven store team
n

About You

Previous barista experience in a busy café or hospitality workplace
n
Confident working independently and managing workflow priorities
n
Strong customer service and communication skills

Professional presentation and positive attitude

Reliable, organised, and proactive
