We’re looking for someone who has built a solid foundation in Accounts Payable or Finance Administration and is ready to bring that experience into a busy, growing organisation.

Job Summary

The Finance Administrator is responsible for managing accounts payable processes and providing financial administrative support within the organisation. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations while supporting financial operations that contribute to the delivery of quality aged care services.

The Role

Your day will include:
Processing and checking supplier and provider invoices accurately and efficiently
Ensuring invoices are correctly authorised and coded
Preparing EFT and payment runs
Responding to provider and client finance queries
Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
Assisting with bank reconciliations
Supporting month-end finance processes and reporting
Monitoring outstanding invoices and payments
Assisting with aged care funding and subsidy reconciliations
Supporting audit and compliance requirements

You’ll ideally have:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Administration or a similar transactional finance role




Robust reconciliation and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confidence using Excel and finance/accounting systems
Good organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Transparent, professional communication skills
A practical, proactive approach — you’re happy to follow something through and get it sorted
