Job Description

AMP is seeking a Customer Service Officer in Loan Servicing to support home loan customers from Parramatta, NSW. You will process loan discharge and variation requests, and reach out via outbound calls to confirm details and educate on options.

You'll collaborate with brokers and internal teams to keep customers informed and secure account activity, with 2–3 years in lending and banking experience preferred in a lean, high-volume workplace.
