What You'll Do:

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing day-to-day management of residential properties

Mastering arrears control and rental reviews
n
Being the go-to liaison for landlords and tenants
n
Preparing for and attending tribunals
n
Conducting routine and in/outgoing inspections
n
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
n




Expanding your portfolio and skills with recent business training

Who We're Looking For:

You bring:

Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
n
Collaborative spirit and positive attitude
n
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
n
Experience with Ailo (bonus, not essential)
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
