The Riversdale Golf Club in Mt Waverley(private club) is seeking a casual chef/cook on a casual basis, including weekends.

n

To qualify, you will need:

n

At least 3 years commercial cooking experience.

n

You must have a passion for food and international flavours.

n

Have a keen eye for detail and a creative flair

n

Work in a clean and efficient manner

n

Be able to prioritise and multi task

n

Be able to take direction

n

And above all be able to work in a team environment

n

Previous experience in Ala carte and function service essential

n

Certificate 3 in commercial cookery is a requirement.(minimum)

n

Versatile schedule available including weekdays, weekends and night shifts

n
