The role
n

Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry
n
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
n
Bank reconciliations
n
General finance administration
n
Supporting the wider bookkeeping function
n
Assisting with fortnightly payroll for approximately 25 staff
n
Processing payroll through Employment Hero
n
Working with MYOB AccountRight
n
n
It's a excellent role for someone who enjoys being hands-on, busy and involved. You'll have plenty of variety and won't be tucked away in a highly siloed finance function.

Ideally, you'll have:
n
n
Previous bookkeeping experience across AP, AR, reconciliations and data entry
n
Experience with MYOB- AccountRight is advantageous, but broader MYOB experience will absolutely be considered
n
Previous payroll experience
n
Employment Hero experience is a bonus
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
A proactive, reliable and can-do attitude
n
The ability to manage a busy workload and keep things moving
n
