Pathfinder Recruitment are excited to bring to market a excellent opportunity for an Account Manager to join a Melbourne based managed services provider (MSP). Working across a broad client base of SMBs in Melbourne, you will facilitate growth and ultimately the continued success of the business. You will be joining a great team with a supportive work culture, as well and learning and development initiatives. This role will be based primarily on-site.

About you n

Ideally you have 3+years experiencein Account Management and a valuable technical understanding of IT products and services. Expertise in the Microsoft stack will be advantageous. You should be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Building trust with key stakeholders and maintaining client relationships will be critical to your success.



Having a valuable track record of reaching KPIs as well as previous MSP experience is desired.

Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply
