This is a clinical role with a strong commercial focus. You'll combine excellent treatment skills with confident, ethical sales to grow your client base and clinic revenue. You'll perform laser and advanced skin treatments to a high clinical standard while conducting thorough skin consultations and converting them into tailored treatment plans and packages.

Key responsibilities

Conduct thorough skin consultations and convert them into tailored treatment plans and packages
n
Meet and exceed individual and clinic sales targets for treatments, packages and skincare products
n
Upsell and cross-sell appropriate treatments and home-care products to support client results
n
Build client retention through rebooking, follow-up and long-term treatment planning
n
Track your own KPIs, including conversion rate, average spend, rebooking rate and retail sales
n
Contribute to promotions, campaigns and client events to drive revenue
n
Perform laser and advanced skin treatments to a high clinical standard
n
Follow all safety,
infection control and clinical protocols
n
Keep accurate client records and consent documentation
n
Deliver a premium, qualified client experience

About you
n
n
Qualified Dermal Therapist (Diploma or Bachelor of Dermal Science or equivalent)
n
Extensive experience in a clinical aesthetics or laser clinic setting
n
Proven sales track record with measurable results against targets
n
Formal sales training is highly regarded
n
Laser Safety Licence (QLD) or willingness to obtain one
n
Confident, qualified communicator who is motivated by targets and growth
