This Customer Service & Admin role is focused on fostering, securing and further developing the relationship between Hewitt & Whitty and its customers, to achieve mutually beneficial goals.

Key responsibilities
Assist customers with accurate advice, seek input of others including suppliers as required, within all aspects of the store and follow-up
Offer customer alternative ideas & concepts to avoid focus on price
Handle in/out-bound phone calls to assist customers
Assist in merchandising in-store, tidying/cleaning & restocking of shelves,



monitor SOH of any specific designated area
Actively participate in sales campaigns H & W undertake
Take responsibility for store POS, stock monitoring & banking
Work with the manager & other staff to co-ordinate the stock ordering

About you
Customer service and administration skills/experience
Positive verbal, written and computer capabilities
Physical capability to safely load/unload product to 25kg
Solid work ethic & willingness to help in a team setting
Current Victorian drivers license to assist with banking & deliveries if needed
