Maintenance Plumber – North Shore & Surrounds

Key responsibilities

Strata maintenance and reactive plumbing
n
Residential maintenance for homeowners
n
Blocked drains and general drainage
n
Leaking taps, toilets and pipes
n
Hot water systems
n
General repairs and fault finding
n
Small plumbing projects and upgrades
n
Communicating with property managers, strata managers and homeowners
n

About you

n

n
Qualified and experienced maintenance plumber, or 4th Year Apprentice with strong maintenance experience
n
Reliable and turns up ready to work
n
Can work independently and solve problems
n
Comfortable dealing directly with customers
n
Can represent the company professionally
n
Understands the importance of keeping clients and property managers informed
n
Positive attitude and willing to help the team
n
Current driver's licence required
n
