Job Description

Coles Group is seeking a Health & Wellbeing Advisor to partner with leaders and teams at our Laverton Distribution Centre. You'll blend injury prevention, recovery, data insights and wellbeing initiatives to create a healthier and safer workplace.

You'll lead with practical, data-driven actions, coordinate with providers and internal teams, and drive sustainable return-to-work outcomes while supporting a retail and logistics operation across a large network.
