Key responsibilities

Inspect and identify pests on customer premises
n
Perform pest eradication and prevention activities
n
Maintain high levels of customer service
n
Provide sound advice to customers regarding on‐site pest issues
n




Utilise advanced technology for SMART pest control
n
Undertake both theory and practical training
n
Assist and work under the supervision of a licensed technician
n
Adhere to all WHS practices and policies
n
Demonstrate reliability, a solid work ethic, and problem‐solving abilities
n
Present professionally with exceptional customer service skills
n

Position requirements

n

n
Full Australian Driver's Licence
n
Ability to travel and start immediately
n
Pest control licence preferred but not essential — training provided for the right candidate
n
Proficiency in mobile technology
n
Good physical fitness and health (capable of working in crawl spaces and roof spaces)
n
Demonstrates maturity, responsibility, and self‐motivation to work independently when required
n
