Location: Ballina, NSW

Hours: Monday – Wednesday, 8:00am – 6:00pm

Employment Type: Casual

What You'll Be Doing

n

You'll be one of the friendly faces our patients see when they walk through the door, helping make their dental visit a positive one.

n

n
Welcoming patients with a friendly smile
n
Answering phones and helping patients with their questions
n
Booking and managing appointments
n
Processing payments and assisting with health fund claims
n
Updating patient records and completing general administration
n
Working alongside our dentists and dental assistants
n
Keeping reception and the daily schedule organised
n
Assisting our team in the sterilisation room when required
n
Helping with the cleaning, processing and preparation of dental instruments
n




Pitching in and supporting the team to keep the practice running smoothly
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who is:

n

n
Friendly, approachable and genuinely enjoys helping people
n
Confident communicating with patients over the phone and in person
n
Organised and able to juggle a few things at once
n
Comfortable using computers and learning current software
n
Happy to help with sterilisation duties and learn our practice procedures
n
Reliable, positive and happy to be part of a team
n
Previous dental, medical, reception or customer service experience is a bonus — but we're happy to consider the right person without dental experience!
