Job Description
n Townsville Marine offers the largest range of boats in North Queensland. We currently represent six (6) boating brands, because we believe they are the best in Australia – and that is what our customers deserve. Our 2400 square feet showroom houses the largest undercover display of boats in North Queensland.

Our dealership is positioned on a nine (9) acre property – making us the biggest and best. We also have a four (4) bay workshop on site, which facilitates all of our servicing, maintenance and repair works. Whatever you need, we have the resources to achieve it.

We are currently looking for Marine Mechanics / Small Engine Mechanics to join our team in Bohle, QLD. DAMA sponsorship is available.



Duties and responsibilities:

Diagnosing engine issues
n
Engine re-powers
n
Repairs to inboard & outboard engines, boats, Motor Guides and Trailers
n
Full installation of outboards, controls and electronics to boats
n
Some re-wiring
n

Requirements:

n

n
3 years' experience as a Marine Mechanic / Small Engine Mechanic (desirable)
n
Full Australian Driver Licence (desirable)
n
Robust attention to detail and time management skills
n
Excellent customer service
n
A commitment to safety and high-quality work
n

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 per year commensurate to skills and experience
