About the Roles:

We are currently hiring for Assistant Manager positions across our venues in the Mackay Region.

As a key part of our management team, you'll be responsible for:

Leading and mentoring your team by example
n
Overseeing day-to-day operations during your shift
n
Managing stock, labour, and other expenses
n
Reconciling floats and balancing the DTS
n
Upholding and driving exceptional customer service standards
n
Working adaptable hospitality hours – including weekends and nights
n
