Endeavour Foundation is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to join our Supported Independent Living teams in Caboolture, Petrie or Woody Point. You will support people with disability to live as independently as possible, delivering person-centred care in their homes.

You'll work with the people we support to understand goals and routines, assist with personal care, daily living tasks, meal planning and community activities.
