Job Description

We are a large wholesale nursery based in Upper Coomera and Clagiraba. We are looking for several enthusiastic, hard working and reliable nursery hands to join our rapid-growing business.

The Role:

n

38 hours per week, Monday to Friday

n

Hours generally 6am – 2pm

n

Previous nursery experience is a bonus but not essential

n

There are several positions across our two sites. (Backpackers welcome to apply)

n

What you'll be doing:

n

Cleaning and detailing plants, barcoding, packing orders, weeding, quality control, watering, moving plants, and loading and unloading plants.

n

What we're looking for:

n

Comfortable with physical, outdoor work: lifting and carrying pots and trays.

n

Happy work in all-weather conditions such as heat, rain,



and cold weather.

n

Must be able to work in a rapid-paced workplace.

n

Follows directions well and can work both independently and as part of a team.

n

Have reliable transport.
