We're after a coffee lover who's ready to throw on a Redbrick shirt and sling lattes all day. And if you're just as happy running plates, taking orders and looking after a full floor, even better. Since 2011 we've kept it easy: valuable coffee, roasted here in Canberra, made for the people who drink it. No fuss, no pretence.

Key responsibilities

Pulling shots, dialling in and keeping the coffee consistent
n
Taking orders, running food and drinks, and looking after the floor
n
Talking coffee (and other deliciousness) with regulars
n
Deliver excellent service to customers in all areas of service
n
Setting up, packing down, and keeping the place clean as you go
n
Participate actively in team meetings, compliance training,



and continuous improvement initiatives

About you

n

n
Twelve months or more in Barista and/or hospitality experience
n
Positive with people and cares about what lands in the cup — and on the plate
n
Sound understanding of coffee making, café food prep, and customer service standards
n
Handle busy environments and rush hours
n

We operate across three sites: Fyshwick (the roastery and HQ), Curtin and City.
