About the role

As a Feed Mill Weighbridge Operator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the weighbridge and ensuring accurate receipting and dispatch of product and materials. Your responsibilities will include:
Operating the weighbridge to accurately record inbound and outbound vehicle weights
Processing deliveries and dispatch paperwork (dockets, weigh tickets, basic admin)
Entering and maintaining accurate records in site systems




Coordinating with drivers, production, and site teams to manage vehicle flow and scheduling
Ensuring compliance with site procedures, food safety and WHS requirements
Monitoring and reporting any weighbridge or system issues to supervisors
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised weighbridge/work area
Supporting general site administration as required

About you

You’re a proactive, reliable team member who is comfortable working in a busy site workplace and can maintain accuracy under pressure. You’ll bring:
Experience in a weighbridge, logistics, manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment (advantageous)
Good computer skills and confidence using systems for data entry and admin tasks
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Transparent communication skills and a customer-service approach with drivers and site teams
Commitment to safety and following workplace procedures
