The Role:

We have both Full-Time and Casual ongoing positions available.
Because we are open 7 days a week, a portion of our casual shifts flow over weekends and early mornings.

Your Day-to-Day:
n
n
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to menu specifications.
n
Ensure absolute consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
n
Collaborate with the kitchen team report to head chef & owners.
n
Maintain a spotless kitchen while adhering to food safety standards.
n
Keep an eye on inventory levels and communicate with team.
n
Support, train, and supervise kitchen staff to keep standards high.
n

Proven experience in a fast-paced cafe and breakfast service environment.
